Our original plan was to create opportunities for some of the "victims" of our economic system. Like most grand ideas, it's a lot easier to talk about it than it is to get anything done.
At this point, it's a little late to worry about it. The wheels are coming off and surviving in today's economy needs a different approach.
You have two choices:
You can wait around for our exlected representatives to figure out what is wrong and fix it. That's not too likely since most of them are square in the middle of what is wrong. You can keep on writing letters to your congressman, but remember, he doesn't work for you anymore
The other choice is to take charge of your own life. If you think that either politicians or bankers are going to save you, you have been watching too much of the wrong TV.
The content on this site is an experiment. Some of it is true - some of it is mildly funny - none of it is a real solution. We're still working on that.
