There are a lot of jobs out there. Unfortunately, those are jobs that are currently occupied.
There are bankers, HMO executives, mutual fund managers and any number of other people who are not yet unemployed.
If you like, you can wait around for the bankers to loan money to someone who will create the perfect job for you.
It might actually happen. Someone might create a McJob that's just right.
It won't pay enough to allow you to keep your home - or pay for medical care - but it's all based on competition and capitalism.
It's the American Way.
